There's an earthy note too, which pulls it right back to Niagara: ripe fruit, good freshness and that little mineral edge we like to see. On the palate, it's Viognier through and through. Silky, textured, and generous, but not heavy. The fruit is bright, the salinity carries through, and the finish stays fresh
